Christmas Lunch – 25 December 2026
A refined four-course dining experience bringing together exceptional ingredients and traditional festive flavours.
The menu opens with Sicilian red prawn, followed by a raviolo with 24-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano and Alba white truffle. Turbot with cauliflower and citrus sauce is followed by our homemade panettone, served with vanilla crème anglaise.
New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner – 31 December 2026
The final evening of the year begins with a selection of oysters, blinis topped with caviar and salmon, and two glasses of Barons de Rothschild Concordia Brut Champagne per person.
The celebration continues with an exquisite six-course gala dinner, featuring blue lobster, goose foie gras terrine, sole-filled pappardelle, Glacier 51, veal fillet and an indulgent dessert of nougat, chocolate and hazelnut.
